Santa came to Aiden Potter's house on a Westminster Fire truck and handed out treats to all the kids. Sydney was pretty scared of him and would only get close enough to grab the treat bag. She would not sit on his lap. Apparently the Westminster Fire Department goes around with Santa to anyone who requests it for a week in December. They even had the lights and siren going when they left. I think the kids enjoyed that more than the actual Santa visit!

Kozmo Graduation
This is a picture of Melissa and Kozmo after he graduated from Pet Therapy school for Boulder Community Hospital. He now has to pass a behavioral exam with the vet. He is a little excited when he goes to visit, but he calms down quickly and everyone adores him. We are so proud of him! Hopefully in the next couple months he will be certified in the hospital and he'll be on the schedule for weekly or biweekly visits. He could end up in the ICU, cardiac care, or ortho/neuro floors. Please keep him in your prayers that he will pass his vet exam and labs. Isn't he the cutest!

Our first blog
We're going to try out the whole blogging phenomenon. I've also joined Flickr which is where I plan to post photos. Apparently you can blog your posted Flickr photos. My intent would be for people to check this blog for new posts which I would create from Flickr photos. Then you could go to our Flickr archive to see the rest of the photos. That's the plan anyway ...
